This top from Marilyn Feltz I got it almost a month ago now. It was love at first sight.. The calypso style sleeves for me! However, because it's such a different style for me I had a little trouble thinking of how I could style it. I originally wanted to go all 50's pin up with a pencil skirt and red lipstick. But in reality.. I never wear pencil skirts. So after a lot of trying clothes on, I ended up with this look. It's a real miss-mash of styles… sandals, hat and jeans.. But it kinda works.. In a crazy way.. haha..  My shoes are from a British brand called Hush Puppies… I had a hard time looking through their lookbook as I fell in love with a few of their shoes.. Another plus point is they are super comfortable! Yay… One point to comfort!

Par contre, vu que c'est un style très différent du mien, j'ai eu un petit peu de mal à savoir avec quels éléments je pourrais le coordonner. Au départ, je voulais y aller à fond pin-up des 50's, avec une jupe crayon et du rouge à lèvre rouge. Mais en fait... Je ne porte jamais de jupes crayon. Donc après pas mal d'essayages de vêtements, j'ai fini par trouver ce look. C'est un vrai mélange de styles... sandales, chapeau et jeans... En tout cas, ça a l'air de fonctionner... D'une façon un peu folle... haha... Mes chaussures viennent d'une enseigne anglaise appelée Hush Puppies... ça été difficile pour moi de consulter leur catalogue car j'ai craqué sur plusieurs de leur paires de chaussures... Un autre avantage est qu'elles sont super confortables! Oui... Un point pour le confort !
