I finally found the perfect denim skirt. Because honestly I had a bit of a challenge finding the good one. Let me tell you where I tried.. First I tried American Apparel, they had the perfect one on hanger. I took my normal size which is a medium… AND… Cue the tears.. Medium did not fit me, I mean didn't even get past my hips. I didn't even want to try the Large on because seriously.. I didn't want any more "this doesn't fit me" conversations. I then went to Zara… found the perfect one again! Hoorah.. Nope, didn't have my size. Next I tried a couple of online shops that all ended up being.. Too small, too tight or made my stomach look a little pregnant. FINALLY… I went into New look.. and I found it! My little 20 euro skirt has now been firmly attached to me for the past couple of weeks…(if you follow my snap chat then you can testify that I did indeed wear it 3 days in a row) Oops… What can I say? When you love something you wear it to death.  I have to mention my top from Chicwish… god I love this brand… They always have cool stuff and this Bridget Bardot style top is no exception.

 These photos were shot in the lovely city of Tours in the centre of France. I spent the weekend away from Paris a couple of weekends ago and I loved it.. It's always nice to take a step away from the hustle and bustle of Paris to recharge your batteries.

J'ai enfin trouvé la jupe en jean parfaite. Parce que honnêtement ça été un peu un challenge de trouver la bonne. Laissez-moi vous dire où j'ai dû aller pour la trouver.. D'abord, j'ai essayé chez American Apparel, ils avaient la jupe parfaite sur cintre. J'ai donc pris ma taille habituelle qui est la taille M... ET Là... Le drame... La taille M ne m'allait pas, je n'ai même pas réussi à la passer au niveau des hanches. Et je n'ai même pas voulu essayer la taille L parce que sérieusement... Je ne voulais plus à avoir de conversations du style « ça, ça ne me va pas ». Ensuite je suis allée chez Zara... Et j'ai encore une fois trouvé la jupe parfaite ! Hourah.. Et non, ils n'avaient pas ma taille. Après ça, je suis allée sur quelques sites en ligne sur lesquels ça a toujours fini par être.. Trop petit, trop serré, ou cela donnait à mon ventre l'air d'être un petit peu enceint. ENFIN... Je suis allée chez New Look.. et je l'ai trouvée ! Ma petite jupe à 20 euro est maintenant fermement attachée à moi depuis ces dernières semaines (si vous me suivez sur snap chat, alors vous pouvez témoigner qu'effectivement je l'ai portée 3 jours d'affilée) Oups... Que puis-je dire ? Quand on aime quelque chose, on le porte jusqu'à la mort. Il faut que je vous parle aussi de mon top de chez Chicwish... ciel j'adore cette marque... Ils ont toujours des articles cool et ce top style Brigitte Bardot ne fait pas exception à la règle.

Ces photos ont été prises dans la jolie ville de Tours, dans le centre de la France. J'ai passé un week-end loin de Paris il y a quelques semaines et j'ai adoré.. C'est toujours agréable de s'éloigner de l'agitation parisienne pour recharger ses batteries.
